The flag of Armenia consists of three horizontal stripes: red on the top, blue in the middle, and orange at the bottom. Each color has its own significance:
- Red symbolizes the blood of those who fought for Armenia’s freedom, the Armenian Highlands, and the continued struggle for survival.
- Blue represents the peaceful skies over Armenia.
- Orange signifies the courage and creative talent of the Armenian people.
Adopted in its current form in 1990, the Armenian flag reflects the country’s history, culture, and resilience.
